Our mission:
Paws for a Cause Animal Aid Network is dedicated to spreading kindness by helping animals in need, whether they are homeless or members of a family that is struggling financially. The cost of caring for our four-legged friends is increasing, but we are here to help by assisting people with food, financial aid, and other goods for their beloved pets. We also provide support for homeless animals and the shelters that care for them in Monroe County. As many of us have discovered, veterinary costs can arise suddenly and overwhelmingly. Paws for a Cause Animal Aid Network is here to help with that too. Through our participating veterinarian offices, people whose circumstances meet our organization's criteria are eligible for financial assistance that will enable their pets to receive desperately needed medical care. We work closely with local veterinary offices, which allow us to send new cases so that the patients are seen in a timely manner. These offices play a crucial role in promoting our organization and our fundraising events. Our mission wouldn't be possible without the support of these participating vets.
